Summary: Food was very good , great Buffet…comfortable bed and room. Best was the nature around and the wild life … sooo amazing …. I recommend this hotel for families , entertainment could be better but it was nice . Overall a very good place, the water at the beach was horrible , due to seweed , but the hotel is not responsable for that is nature .. they did kept the beaches super clean .

Summary: We have stayed at this resort twice and we really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly, great food, and overall a great facility. Highly recommend planning your vacation at this resort.

Summary: This place is amazing. Great food with a large variety. Animals everywhere! Staff is super accommodating and welcoming. I wish there was a swim up bar is their ginormous pool but there is an adults only pool with one and it's very nice.

Summary: Married at Iberostar Quetzal/Tucan 25 years ago and back to celebrate. Food was better than we remember and the property so well maintained and love all of the wonderful garden and animals.

Summary: The property itself is very nice, well kept grounds, decent food, plenty of seating. The room AC is set at 22 so I asked to have it lowered to 19 it was lowered but in no way was it working correctly. I lowered more to 16, still felt like 22 in the room. The shower temperature can fluctuate quickly from excruciatingly hot to very cold. DO NOT LEAVE KIDS IN THERE THEY MAY GET HURT. The water machine on our floor was t working. On top of that they lure you into a presentation to sell you a package membership in their ‘Club’. It took over two hours. And went from 159k US for a house to the cheapest package for 20k US. Don’t waste your time you’ll miss out on getting a good sitting spot by the pool!

Summary: We enjoyed the natural environment with wildlife and waterfalls, the delicious food and drinks, the attentive staff, the beautiful pools, and beach. Unfortunately, the seaweed was very thick on the beach during our visit but good attempts were made to remove it.

Summary: This is my 2nd stay on this property. It has changed since my 1st. The most remarkable is the wildlife on the property is amazing. Many Caotis, Flamingos, Neutra looking rodents, tortoise, and Peacocks. I learned they caged the howling monkeys. Didn't see any this time but occasionally heard them, unlike last time I saw them a great deal during my stay.. Did see a couple spider monkeys. I enjoyed the monkeys most.
